About Ben M.

Graduate of Washington State University (GO COUGS!) with a BA in Business Administration with emphasis in Risk Management and Insurance. I immediately pursued a career in the insurance industry out of college. Working for years in reinsurance, claims and as a scratch captive agent, helped set the stage for the successful launch of The Miller Insurance Agency. I was responsible for the design, implementation and management of his former agency and was able to build in a short time frame, a multi-million dollar successful independent insurance agency. The Miller Insurance Agency was most recently, merged with Pacific Crest in 2011 in order to bring my expertise and know-how to the Pacific Crest culture. Responsibilities include training, management, coaching, and counseling of our agents in the State of Washington and Oregon. As an avid outdoor enthusiast I enjoy spending his free time fly fishing, rafting, playing golf, snowboarding, wakeboarding, bicycling, photography, and spending time outdoors with his family and dogs.

Our company provides direct appointments with some of the Nation\'s and Region\'s leading carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, MetLife, and PEMCO to name a few.My role is to continue a professional relationship with each agent so they have a direct point of contact. I help them troubleshoot problems, be more efficient, and provide assistance to grow their agency.
