Lead the design and development of L-band and K-band RF hardware subsystems, balancing performance, quality, and cost- Lead the design of a mixed-signal antenna control system of PCBs in partnership with a specialist RFSoC OEM supplier- Performed system design and EM co-simulation from data converter to antenna feed using Keysight ADS and SystemVue- Owned schematic design and PCB layout review using Altium Designer from concept through to production- Lead design de-risking activities to ensure sub-system and system compliance to military standards such as MIL-STD-461G and MIL-STD-810H- Driven design reviews, presenting clear technical analyses and recommendations- Perform hardware bring-up, verification, and testing in the lab; automating wideband RF testing of RF-specific figure of merits such as VSWR, conversion gain, isolation, linearity, spurious free dynamic range & phase noise.
