I lead charters to create a seamlessexperience for creators by building and managing services that allow them to earn commissions by drivingtraffic to Amazon. As the leader of a highly talented engineering team, I hire, build and motivate talentedengineering team. I work closely with product and business leaders, and other engineeringteams(including Data science) to envision, define,prioritize, refine and execute these charters.Led teams for building of new invoicing platform from scratch to invoice Amazon sellers and public sector enterprises using Amazon\'s supply chain and fulfillment services. I collaborated with seven financial, accounting, and tax stakeholders and 13 other technical platform teams to architect, design, and build a solution that includes various supply chain management fees and services, tiered rates, credit notes, payment processing, bad debt provisioning, billing dashboard, and countryspecificconfigurations and workflows.
