As the Communications Support Specialist for the Digital Technology and Transformation team, I play a vital role in assisting the Communications Lead and supporting the team in various administrative and creative tasks. My primary objective is to ensure smooth communication and collaboration within the team, fostering a productive work environment. Participate in calls and meetings, taking meticulous notes to capture essential points, action items, and deliverables. Utilise Monday.com, a project management software, to log and manage notes and tasks and promoting efficient project management. Supporting content management for the myAMS Technology Hub on Yammer. This platform serves as a hub for internal communication and collaboration, assist in managing and organising content. By doing so, I will help ensure that valuable resources and information are readily available to the team. Creativity will also be a significant part of my role, in creating engaging content for our monthly newsletter. I collaborate by brainstorm ideas, draft content, and collaborate with the Communications Lead to produce compelling and informative newsletters. I am responsible for supporting the transfer of video content from Powtoon to Vimeo. These platforms are essential for creating and storing training videos, ensuring a seamless transfer process, making the videos easily accessible to the team for their training needs. liaise with technology project managers to gather briefs for communications requests by understanding the specific communication needs of different projects and tailoring strategies accordingly. My role as the Communications Support Specialist will is pivotal in facilitating efficient communication, effective content management, and creative engagement within the Digital Technology and Transformation team. I am excited to contribute to the success of the team\'s initiatives and projects by leveraging my skills and expertise in communications and administration.
