ABOUT MARK KILEY

Hi! My name\'s Mark, I love SUs, and I\'m Exeter Guild\'s Community Representation Manager. That means I look after our Student Communities (think sectional, liberation, demographic), Democracy, Campaigns, Leadership Development, and a few other bits and bobs. I used to be MDXSU\'s Communications Coordinator where I managed our digital communications channels, celebrating students, and aided the delivery of a whole new brand, including tone of voice, and worked across the organisation to plan and deliver successful projects for students. Before that I made my home at Essex for 4 years - first as a student and student activist, then as a Sabbatical Officer (VP Education) where I developed my stakeholder management skills and political nous. I was able to work with University teams to improve online delivery, increase internet speeds, and respond to crises as they happened (regularly, it was 2020 after all). That\'s me (professionally), I\'m always keen to expand my horizons and learn, and always open for a chat! Just pop me a message and I\'ll get back to you (once I\'ve remembered the chat function exists!)
