I’m a Program Manager who helps product and engineering teams bring order to messy work so they can build better together.I focus on fixing the parts of the system that slow teams down: unclear priorities, overloaded backlogs, broken handoffs, and tools that no longer reflect how work actually happens.In practice, that’s meant setting up planning rhythms, cleaning up years of Jira backlog, and defining a clear path from idea to release so teams know what’s being worked on, why it matters, and when it’s actually done. I’ve also managed multiple large initiatives at the same time and helped move an AI-based product from early research to its first real customer.A big part of my work is people, not just process. I spend a lot of time improving communication between teams, supporting new hires as they ramp up, and helping distributed teams work well together across time zones.I do my best work in remote-friendly, outcome-focused environments and am especially interested in mid-market B2B SaaS companies that want structure without unnecessary process
