About Kevin Omalley

I have over 8 years of experience in Footwear Product Creation. I am currently a Sr Footwear Developer for Nike Running and Track & Field. I work with professional, sub-elite, collegiate, and everyday athletes*. I manage all aspects of the testing process of our Nike Running and Track and Field teams; including planning, recruiting testers, running tests, analyzing data, report writing and program management. Prior to my role as a test analyst, I spent several years as a Footwear Developer. As a Footwear Developer, I worked as the main point of contact for our factory and offshore partners and used those relationships to aid key multi-functional team partners like: Product Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Operations, etc. to build, troubleshoot, and bring to market premium Nike Footwear products. I not only worked in developing footwear for key franchises within the Nike Sportswear and Classics line, but I also was tasked with managing agile, quick to market product.
