Engineer by training, shaped by two decades in technology, engineering, and science-led organizations, I now work at the intersection of people strategy, leadership, talent management and operating model transformation, helping complex, regulated organizations attract, manage, and develop talent while scaling their workforce in support of business growth, without losing execution discipline or trust.With 21+ years of global experience across India, the US, and APAC, I’ve partnered closely with CEOs, executive teams and the board to build leadership pipelines, strengthen accountability, and translate culture into day-to-day execution.Currently, I lead enterprise people strategy across employee experience, leadership, performance, and workplace systems for a global organization operating in high-pressure, regulated environments.
