Support multiple technology-based economic development efforts across Parallax tailored to meet industry, academia, and government clients’ unique needs. Current Efforts:1. The Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub: Ohio accelerates the development of technology solutions addressing national security challenges. This program is dedicated to strengthening the Defense Innovation Base by working with mission partners to scope and solve DoD problems by collaborating with academia, small business, venture, industry, and the DoD. The OnRamp Hub: Ohio has a physical location at the dynamic Arcade Innovation Hub in Downtown Dayton, Ohio, and actively collaborates with organizations throughout the State of Ohio. Established in 2015 following a recommendation from the Ohio Federal Military Jobs Commission, the Ohio Federal Research Network receives funding from the Ohio General Assembly through the Ohio Department of Higher Education to fund research and innovation projects in Ohio and is led by Ohio innovators from academia and industry. OFRN is managed by Parallax Advanced Research in collaboration with The Ohio State University and has the mission to establish a collaborative research network that not only expands Ohio\'s research capabilities but also creates new economic opportunities.Serve as Parallax’s Strategic Process Owner supporting Parallax’s leadership team in the implementation of the company’s strategic plan.
