Hard Work and learning continues.(finally updated 2019) Years of hard work continue after starting Baztel limited in November 2013 and taking HRNP Internet Solutions under the Baztel name and infrastructure has so far been nothing but a success and 10 months later draws in a close to the summer season of subcontracting: Project Managing for CBAS starting with Glastonbury later followed by Reading, a return to audio engineering with David Groom Sound and BSB sound re visiting the Royal Welsh Show, Shrewsbury Flower show and many other green fields. This is the start to a calendar heavily filled taking us through to the close of year 1. Though my roles and responsibilities have now changed I still find the below is a good introduction into my past experiences. Project Manager with experience and the skills of designing, deploying and managing large scale networks to a clients specification whilst managing a team of Engineers, Contractors and Students in challenging circumstances. Examples of where I have PM\'d the telecoms and IT include: Radio 1 Big Week End 2012, Reading Festival 2011-14 Latitude 2011-13 As the tech side of BazTel I administer our ISP, VoIP, hosted services. etc. Experienced in wireless Tech from Amateur Radio to Data Microwave links, management experience of Two way Motorola radio\'s from programming to deployment. Passionate about Sound Engineering with several years of working at outdoor events including Royal Ascott 2010, The Grand National 2008, 2009, 2010, Glastonbury and many other prestigious events, and hold experience of working with Bands at venues including Royal Welsh Show ground and HMV Insitute Birmingham. Developer from the start with experience of collaborating on large projects in teams and experience in programming languages including HTML, python, Basic, Java and C#, with programs written for Brightwells, SPLtrack, CBAS and more.
