Led teams through complex troubleshooting and ensured systems remained fully operational as well as strict adherence to documentation and audit readiness.• Led six Sailors in the completion of maintenance and calibration actions across multiple CASS and eCASS stations, maintaining a 96 percent ready for use rate.• Implemented 91 technical directives across 27 stations, improving system reliability, ensuring compliance with evolving standards.• Trained and mentored twelve Sailors in the upkeep and documentation of 199 IMRL assets and 257 METCAL assets, maintaining NAMP compliance and audit readiness.• Hand selected for the eCASS EO4 IETM IPR in Jacksonville, Florida, where I reviewed1,579 pages of technical data modules for accuracy and applicability.
