   Brooklyn Justice Initiatives\' Supervised Released Program provides pre-trial community supervision services with Brooklyn\'s criminal courts and coordinates care throughout New York City, impacting the lives of thousands through assessment, case management, care coordination, and community engagement. Overseeing the implementation, staff development, and continuous improvement of case management direct practice and services, I lead a team of over 80 leaders, managers, and front-line care staff in four sites throughout the borough of Brooklyn.
