My work sits at the intersection of affordable housing asset preservation, capital planning, and financial leadership. I’m focused on a simple premise: Preservation is production. If we want to meet the country’s housing need, we can’t build our way out of it without preserving what we already have, often through deep recapitalization and not patch-and-paint rehab.I’m building a point of view around how PHAs and partners preserve housing at speed using repositioning + recapitalization tools (e.g, RAD and other project-based subsidy platforms), disciplined capital planning, and resident-centered execution so we stop losing irreplaceable units and destabilizing families.Alongside my W-2 role, over the last 9 years through Treadwell Consulting Group I have supported service-based and tech/climate-tech companies ($5M–$50M revenue or raised) with fractional CFO leadership, cash flow management, forecasting and finance systems/data integrity.
