Owned by Vista Equity Partners, Numerator is the only company in the marketplace to connect omnichannel purchase data and comprehensive path data to deliver an unmatched view of the consumer shopping and purchase experience.Today, more than 2,100 brands, retailers, manufacturers, and agencies rely on Market Track and InfoScout for timely market intelligence.Responsibilities:• Support Associate Director, Survey Operations in operations-oriented function for Numerator Survey, including sample selection, survey scripting, field management and data tabulations.• Implement and manage day-to-day execution of workflow standards and processes• Identify workflow gaps/friction between teams (RM’s, RA’s, and Team India) and recommend effective solutions• Assist in interview process and advise on hiring decisions for RA/Sr. RA role• Training for new hires and Team India on most updated platforms, processes and standards• Liaise with Team India to ensure a smooth and cohesive working relationship• Collaborate with pod leaders to ensure alignment between capacity, team and client needs• Developing documentation for revised processes and additional platforms on survey team• Process development for international research expansion (French and Spanish first priority)• Vetting new platforms and finding process efficiencies to lower bottom line labor costs• Ensuring consistency and quality deliverables through periodic standard checks and regular Sr. RA check-ins identifying additional training opportunities among team members• Continually mentor and guide RA’s in professional developmentSkills: Microsoft Office, Google Survey Gizmo, Survey Monkey, Q Software, Decipher, Qualtrics, SmartSheets, G Suite, Net Suite, Mavenlink
