Over the last two decades, I’ve held senior roles across multiple functions (including strategy, sales, marketing, operations, business development M&A, IT and six sigma), intentionally building a general manager’s toolkit while delivering results in some of the most complex and dynamic environments out there.My experience spans leading $170M+ P & Ls, scaling new go-to-market teams, transforming legacy hardware businesses into software-centric engines, and partnering directly with c-suite leaders on enterprise-wide strategy. Whether building teams from scratch, integrating acquisitions, or turning around underperforming units, I lead with curiosity, humility, and a grounded sense of how work actually gets done.My passion for my work is fueled by two things: ⁃Personal learning, growth, conquering new challenges. Self-development never ends-Leading, coaching and mentoring those around me. I am a connector, I am driven to connect with people, and I am most fulfilled when I’m serving others. What sets me apart is an ability to connect the dots across silos—aligning vision to operations, people to purpose, and game plan to execution. I’ve embedded in sectors from warehouse automation and energy efficiency to smart grid, software, and industrial manufacturing. My “chameleon” nature helps me quickly assimilate and lead through change—always with a people-first mindset and a bias for action.Now, as Managing Partner at Co-hesion, I put that mindset into action, working with executives to drive business results through leadership development, organizational alignment, and sales effectiveness. I love helping companies and people thrive in tandem.Culture exists, regardless of how much you’ve focused on it.
