As Director of Global Networks & Workplace Infrastructure, I lead ICON’s global digital connectivity and workplace technology strategy—delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure for users across 90 countries. My focus is driving transformation, standardization, and resilience across networks, end-user computing, and collaboration platforms.Networking & Infrastructure:Oversee global WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Internet, and cloud interconnects spanning 200+ sites. Deliver a unified Cato Networks SD-WAN, replacing MPLS and legacy VPNs with a secure, cloud-first model. Manage Cisco ACI fabrics for automation, segmentation, and active-active data centers. Define routing, QoS, and zero-trust network policies to support mission-critical applications. Integrate Azure, AWS, and private clouds via ExpressRoute and Direct Connect, ensuring seamless hybrid connectivity and performance. Standardize site designs to simplify support and ensure global consistency.End-User Computing & Collaboration:Lead modernization of EUC and collaboration through Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, retiring legacy tools and optimizing user experience. Oversee Citrix environments for secure and legacy workloads while driving cloud-based workspace transformation.Leadership & Strategy:Direct a global multi-disciplinary team across Networks, EUC, and Unified Communications. Establish architecture standards, automation frameworks, and operational governance. Champion the “Right Tech in the Right Place” approach to simplify operations, enhance security, and reduce cost.
