During my career, I’ve been fortunate to work through multiple cycles within the energy and aerospace sectors in various HR-related support roles, primarily with a focus on the development of workforce strategies to execute safe and efficient day-to-day operations. At Diamond Offshore, I completed rotations through multiple HR disciplines (Employment, Staffing, Benefits, Talent, etc.), which allowed me to gain broad business exposure & unique perspective on how to successfully lead HR-teams & related initiatives tactically; whilst also always maintaining a laser-like focus on strategic opportunities that help to develop, create, or enhance the Organization as a whole.Now at SpaceX, I support key launch & engineering teams on the Starship program based out of Starbase, which we truly believe will be the future Gateway to Mars. Proud to work with some of the best minds in the world on the most innovative and exciting projects imaginable (or yet to be imagined).
