Call now and get two laughs for free:p - It took me some time to find my calling and I am proud to say working in recruitment is one of them. Even though this industry took all the hair off my head, I still approach every day with enthusiasm and positive energy to make a difference in organizations ( & in professionals lives) by placing top-tier talents. I am constantly challenged with new initiatives and requirements that my clients continue to face. In order to keep up with them, I have to maintain my industry expertise and knowledge on how I can best assist them. This helps me understand their pain and make it easy to find top tech talents for their teams. Outside of work, I do my best to lead with empathy to make positive impacts where ever I can. From helping professionals improve their job search strategies (psst: ask about \'the-upside-down-triangle\' and the Sprial networking technique!), help small businesses improve their business development strategies & mentor/coach junior sales professionals to hit their numbers! Every Thursday I put on my recruiting Batman mask & anonymously call IT professionals to help them get better responses and improve their job search results, hope to star in the DC movie soon :p Seriously though, I\'ve had more than a few people who just want to vent about their work and need someone to listen without judging them.
