I am the senior manager, coach, mentor, and project advisor responsible for the Europe wide, full end-to-end supply chain and logistics visibility, flow, data analytics, operations execution and network health of the Amazon extra-large network. I am also the team building, scaling expert and talent acquisition manager responsible for restructuring, hiring, scaling and mentoring the team of technical analysts responsible for data analytics, operations execution, and automation of EU-wide Xtra Large Operations Center (XLOC). • Reorganization of teams to maximize efficiency, specialization, and scalability. Resulting in 154%YoY volume growth and 54% YoY decrease in resolution and execution time. More than 1 Million Euro saved vs plan per month. • Talent Acquisition strategy development and execution with end-to-end ownership of hiring for critical leadership roles. 10 new technical analysts hired, onboarded and trained since December. 5 leadership positions filled. 5 promotions YTD 2023. • EU-Wide Single Threaded Leader for business teams and training for the Serenity Power BI deprecation, and Quicksight launch and migration.
