Jon “The General” Soriano is a seasoned leader with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, leadership, and sales. His journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an Aviation Logistics Specialist from 2011 to 2014. His time in the military laid the foundation for the discipline, work ethic, and leadership that would shape his future.After completing his service, Jon stepped into the world of entrepreneurship—first finding success in network marketing, then launching a fitness apparel brand. These experiences helped him develop skills in public speaking, sales, and team building.In 2016, Jon joined LGCY Power and entered the solar industry. He started as a setter and over time climb the ranks. Today, he serves as the Vice President of Sales and leads the Valor Division, the top-performing team of over 500 sales professionals across multiple states. In 2024, his division paid out over $35 million in commissions while helping thousands of homeowners save significantly on their energy bills.LGCY Power is one of the largest privately held residential solar companies in the U.S, driven by innovation and a shared commitment to sustainability and impact.Outside of work, Jon is a proud husband to his wife, Jozi, and father to two boys, Baylon and King. He’s passionate about building a legacy—both at home and in the lives of the people he leads.
