Neurodiversity Spark is a lived-experience-led organisation that supports neurodivergent individuals and helps organisations embed neuro-inclusive practices. Lead a small executive team of four directors who manage the development of departments in Research, Education & Learning, and Trauma-Informed Support. Together, we work with several delivery partners and collaborators across Northern Ireland to co-create inclusive, evidence-informed initiatives. Oversee the strategic growth of the organisation, manage partnerships with universities, charities, and professional bodies, and support the Director of Research in the Spark Research Hub, which focuses on neuroinclusion and mental health. Coordinate community events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns, while handling communications, scheduling, and operational delivery to ensure sustainable growth and development.
