About Dylan Elliott

An offensive lineman runs off the field and straight onto the theater stage. It might sound like a scene out of High School Musical, but that\'s my life. The passion I have for football is unmatched (Go Steelers!), and I cherish the time I got to play for so many years. I loved following the game plan, using the data collected through the film to make decisions, working together with the other linemen to accomplish a goal, and using strategic thinking to solve problems on the field. However, I often traded my cleats for tap shoes and performed on stage. I enjoyed tapping into my creative side, adapting on stage, using my voice to be heard, and being versatile to play different roles. I often wondered what career could blend the things I love – being creative, using data to make decisions, being versatile, adapting on the fly, working together, using my voice, and strategic thinking – that I learned from being a thespian and football fanatic. That\'s when I found a career that would incorporate all of the things I learned through my experiences, marketing. I want to create unique experiences through marketing that fit unique individuals just like a singing lineman. I am nearing the end of my marketing education at Utah State University (USU). After graduation I will be on the lookout for a marketing position.
