I work in the Data Quality within the Data Governance organisation under Consumer Creation Organisation (CCO), where we ensure that all the systems, products, models, and seasons are aligned for our creators, designers, line managers, and production facilities. This touches all products in development, from apparel to footwear to equipment. This requires both a big-picture understanding of how the data is used as well as a fine-toothed level of detail. I use Alteryx to create, automate, and improve data-quality audits. We implement Data Governance\'s policies (business logic) into Alteryx Workflows. I blend data from legacy systems, production systems, and varying database platforms, from Oracle to Teradata to AWS Athena to PostgreSQL. I provide direction to co-workers and help/train them on the best approaches to accomplishing our feats. I espouse Nike\'s values of doing-it-right, pushing your limits, and applying yourself at your peak of performance in this role. We constantly strive to evolve and see the big picture for data in this role, and I\'m relied on to assist in figuring out the best approaches to creating alignment across the CCO\'s data assets, and we work to reduce complexity and embed data quality into the processes of our users.
