When I was in 6th grade my Dad suggested that I do my final class report on “Being In The Zone” or \"Entering The Flow State\". He had no idea that this simple suggestion would shape the rest of my life’s work and lead me into my profession as a Performance Coach. More than A DECADE LATER, I’m still working on that same report…and it still feels like I’ve just barely finished the outline!
