I enjoy working on complicated products — the kind where AI, marketplaces, ads, and monetization systems all collide, and somehow still need to feel simple for the people using them.Over the past decade, I’ve led design across platforms used by millions of businesses and consumers. I currently lead Design, Research, and Content at Taskrabbit, shaping AI-powered service discovery and booking experiences.Previously, I built and scaled design organizations at Pinterest, TikTok, and Meta, creating tools that help businesses grow and make better decisions.Along the way, I’ve led teams both big and small — from scrappy groups of 4 to organizations of 40+ designers, researchers, and writers. What I enjoy most is building strong teams, solving messy platform problems, and making design drive real business impact.

As a two-sided marketplace, it empowers both taskers and clients, enhancing community engagement and simplifying everyday life.• Lead and oversee the entire product design, including design managers and product designers and user experience researchers• Drive the design strategy for Taskrabbit, a marketplace app for home services such as furniture assembly, moving, and more• Deliver outstanding design solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience• Report to Chief Product Officer and collaborate with VPs, directors and cross-functional team to ensure design supports key business initiatives and fosters innovation• Lead the development of the product vision alongside the VP and design team, and present it to the C-suite, board, and during company-wide all-hands meetings• Mentor and support the development of the design team, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence
