Build category sourcing and execution strategy for all three regions (AMERS, EMEA, APAC), including: market research; supplier development; Global RFPs/RFIs; MPA/MSA & commercial agreement negotiations; coordination of specification review, coordination of supplier manufacturing audits; supply chain resiliency management; quarterly business reviews; field escalations; and liaise between construction, field operations, tactical procurement, legal, leadership, and equipment/chemical suppliers. • Built the 1MW CDU and Propylene Glycol (PG25) category supply chains, from the ground up. Both were new OFCI (quasi OFCI for PG25) categories to MSFT, PLUS products new to the market, at scale • Currently building 5 MW addition to CDU category• Reduced CDU equipment costs by 30% and PG cost by ~60%, from initial procurements to current state.
