In 2022 I joined TMP as a mental performance coach (see below). Kyran had been building the business for about 2 years at that point. Over the next few years we delivered 500+ client transformations together, took the business to seven figures, and refined the framework through thousands of coaching hours.I coached clients, got promoted to Senior Coach, and learned the methodology inside out. But 9 years in commercial roles meant I couldn\'t stop seeing the business side too.So we split the business into two engines:1. Product (Kyran): Delivery, IP, and Methodology.2. Commercial (Me): Strategy, Positioning, Offers, and Sales Systems.TMP now certifies personal development coaches in the mental performance framework we built from those 500+ transformations. Most coaches either hide from the business side or wing their process with no real structure. We solve both.Cohort 1 launched September 2025. Cohort 2 opens April 2026.The mission: bridge the gap between certified and profitable.

I spent years trapped in identities that didn\'t fit. A corporate sales career that paid well and meant nothing, then addiction.I trained as a hypnotherapist to understand why I couldn\'t stop. built my own practice working with addiction clients, then partnered in a performance business that scaled to seven figures.Then I started noticing something. Founders were sabotaging themselves the same way my therapy clients did. I outgrew both, and that\'s what I do now.I work with people who\'ve hit a wall they can\'t explain. Their business works, they work harder, and nothing moves.Most of them are caught in the same cycle. Procrastination on things they know how to do. Revenue plateaus with no clear reason. The strategy is there but the execution isn\'t. Selling feels wrong. Prices stay too low because raising them feels dangerous. Content feels forced. And underneath all of it. feeling like two different people.They can\'t switch off from work mode. They keep saying yes to work that doesn\'t align, and feel guilty for outgrowing the people around them.I work on the person underneath the business, using therapeutic tools most mindset coaches don\'t have access to. That\'s what actually gets them unstuck and back firing on all cylinders.One client held on to control because letting go felt like disappearing.
