Responsible for: • Supporting, guiding, and educating HR Solutions and Paychex PEO clients in matters of hiring, benefits, compensation, employee relations, employment law, recruitment, training and development, terminations, and unemployment. • Demonstrating working knowledge of all HR Solutions and Paychex PEO service components to fulfill ongoing client requests and recommend additional products and services. • Following through on requests from clients, corporate, and HR Services Area Manager. • Partnering with sales team, working with branch, region, and Corporate offices to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety. • Recommending, coordinating, and delivering training seminars and presentations for clients and employees. • Building strong client relationships through and providing quality service to retain client base and revenue and meet key performance metrics. • Developing appropriate strategies for clients regarding HR topics including employee relations, disciplinary action, operations, and performance issues. • Assisting clients with resolving employee issues regarding leaves of absence, workers compensation, safety, and disability accommodations. • Maintaining knowledge of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation, and conveying local, state, and federal laws to clients to maintain compliance. • Advising clients on issues regarding Section 125, healthcare, and retirement plans with assistance from other Paychex departments. • Conducting initial HR Assessment to determine client needs and creating HR Action Plan to proactively address identified needs. Coaching, training, and onboarding of several new employees on the Denver/Utah HR Services team. Took on role of primary PEO onboarding HR Generalist for all new PEO clients in CO which includes conducting orientations, demonstrating detailed understanding of benefit/insurance plans related to the PEO co-employer relationship.
