   My role as a data and business engineer at Uncomn supports the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command\'s (JECC) mission by delivering and enabling decision advantage by conducting organizational transformation to create a data culture at the JECC and turn it into a data-driven command. Wearing my consultant hat: Established data governance and data operations for the JECC, the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), and the Joint Planning Support Element (JPSE). Directing data policy and strategy in line with DoD VAULTIS. Developing a data architecture across three environments and a data lake mirrored across multiple security classification levels. The data ecosystem connected data input via PowerApps, supported by an AWS data lake, that fed gold table data into Advana to meet DoD compliance and into Maven Smart System to meet U.S. Transportation Command compliance.Wearing my engineering hat: Developing data models to support reports and dashboards. Creating an automated data quality script in Databricks that would check available databases for access, the tables within those databases, and blacklist any databases and tables that were blocked for future efficiency. Creating a manpower strength report in Qlik. Creating a pipeline to feed data into an operations dashboard in Maven Smart System.
