ABOUT CATHERINE FOSTER

With a passion for brands, language, and beauty, my career has been centered around creating brand identities and experiences that speak to the human experience while driving businesses forward.Tactically, my experience spans working with early and growth-stage companies across various industries to define and design brand identity and expression. Working closely with executive teams and founders is the cornerstone of my consulting practice.As the founder and creative director at Treadaway, I’ve built a strategic design consultancy that serves a select clientele and creates brand experiences that drive loyalty through end-to-end strategy, design, and management services.As a big believer in giving back more than I\'ve been given and making communities stronger, I\'ve spent the last six years serving on boards in various roles from the inaugural board chair of Westminster University’s Honors College Advisory Board, as former Director at large on the Robert S. Hartman Institute Board of Directors, and currently on the Westminster University\'s Board of Trustees.EXPERIENCE → Strategizing, designing, and deploying brands across industries including consumer goods, SaaS, fintech, non-profit, interior design, healthcare, law, real estate, and DTC eCommerce.EDUCATION → B.A. in Communication and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication — both from a beloved private liberal arts institution, Westminster University.
