Responsible for all technology aspects for the organization as well as oversight for the office facility. I have the privilege of supervising a team that is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility as well as the CRM system that is vital for communication, organization, and lead distribution. Plus, managing vendor relations for the outsourced portion of our technology needs. Previously serving on the DI (Destinations International) Technology Committee and was part of the Business Intelligence Taskforce. Building on a two-decade legacy. Began employment with the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Kansas City as a Systems Engineer and working my way up to Director of Technology. I love Kansas City and being part of a team that helps elevate the prominence of K.C. to the world.
