As part of the Connected Worker project I work directly with Apple, Otterbox, and frontline workers to get UL certified Intrinsically Safe mobile devices into the hands of frontline workers. A large part of my position is to assist in change management and prep leaders and end users for mass rollouts. I also support our end users with tech set up, and app use.
