We specialize in employee complaint resolution for commercial customers and improving the lives of those afflicted with asthma or breathing issues in their home/work place.Our Safety group provides commercial ADA inspections, ADA Improvement Planning, site safety audits, H&S Plans, employee training and compliance reviews.Our Building Assessment group provides commercial/industrial property condition assessments (PCA), COA Cost Reserve Schedules, HR7020 balcony/deck inspections, Fire Door inspections, Wind Mitigation inspections, Risk/Loss inspections, Roof Certification, and Asset Verifications.Our Residential group provides home inspections, wind mitigation and 4 Point inspections, roof certifications, mold assessment and Replacement Cost Valuations (over $500k value).Our pest control group, 360PestControl, assists employers/homeowners to achieve pest control without unnecessary chemicals using an Integrated Pest Management approach. We support the findings of many universities, the EPA and WHO in linking the rise in asthma to the use of indoor pesticides.
