As Vice President of Property Condition Assessment, Inc. in I honed my skills in commercial real estate due diligence. In 2003, I founded Commercial Building Consultants to meet the growing demand for commercial inspections, offering a unique approach to Property Condition Assessments. Over the past two decades, I\'ve overseen projects ranging from high-rise office buildings in New York City to luxury condominium complexes in Miami. Beyond Property Condition Assessments, my expertise extends to bank draw inspections, construction loan monitoring, and owner\'s representation. I\'ve cultivated a team at CBC renowned for its professionalism and reliability.Outside of work, I\'m committed to community service, volunteering with organizations like the YMCA of Central Florida and the Orlando Breakfast Rotary Club.
