I used to be the guy walking into your bank wearing a suit and asking a lot of questions — back when I was a Federal Reserve Examiner. These days, I am on the other side of the table, helping community financial institutions navigate the wild world of BSA/AML without losing their sanity (or their Saturdays). I work with institutions that want to simplify compliance without cutting corners—whether that means streamlining due diligence, tightening up transaction monitoring, making risk scoring less painful, or finally escaping the chaos of spreadsheets and manual processes. My goal is simple: help you spend less time buried in reviews and more time growing your institution and supporting your community. I take compliance seriously, but I try to bring a little clarity (and maybe a few laughs) to a space that too often feels overwhelming. Whether it’s a conference, a demo, or just a quick call, I like to keep things straightforward, practical, and down to earth. Outside of work, I am a proud Dad, a part-time Yogi, and a full-time Philly sports fan (which builds character, believe me). Every holiday season, you can find me hanging Christmas lights—my neighbors are still deciding if I’m festive or just out of my mind.
