I\'m the Co-Founder of Votive, where we build operations and compliance software for Long-Term Care facilities; NHSN reporting, PBJ automation, AI-assisted scheduling, Plan of Correction drafting, and regulatory tracking across CMS documents. We help LTC operators make sense of complex data and know where to focus; across compliance, operations, and resident care.I lead product development and serve as the primary client contact. Most of our clients operate large portfolios of facilities, and I work directly with their corporate teams and regional managers on implementation, compliance strategy, and audit preparation. That close feedback loop shapes how we build.Background in cybersecurity (penetration testing, security audits, infrastructure) and mechanical engineering (Tennessee Tech, product development focus). Both inform how I approach building systems—secure by default, designed for real-world operations.
