ABOUT THEA RIDLEY-CASTLE
Research and Policy Officer at the Electoral Reform Society.I have a passion for research and implementing the gold standard of practice in every research project we undertake, all whilst utilising new and innovative research methods and techniques to create ethical, reliable and illuminating evidence driven research. I studied for an MSc in Gender, Development and Globalisation at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2020 and I received a Merit; my thesis investigated trade union\'s concepts and practice of health and safety at work for people assigned female at birth (AFAB). Prior to this is I worked as an Evaluation Consultant, undertaking in-depth analysis of UK and EU funded projects within the UK. I graduated in 2018 from the University of Glasgow with a 2.1 MA (Hons) Geography and Politics.
