About Anu Jain

I’m an entrepreneur, philanthropist, Investor and lifelong advocate for harnessing innovation and technology to create meaningful global change. I currently serve as Head of Women’s Health at Viome, where I lead women\'s health Initiative grounded in a simple belief: women deserve to live longer and thrive. Yet too often, women are left navigating under-researched transitions with guidance that’s generic and rooted in guesswork. Viome is committed to helping women live their most vital lives by creating precision plans: personalized nutrition and products shaped by each woman’s unique biology. My work focuses on areas too often overlooked on how the gut-brain axis, oral, and cellular health all impact every stage of a women\'s health including perimenopause and menopause. Our mission is to imagine a world where illness is optional. I’m an active early-stage investor in startups and funds advancing women’s health, committed to supporting innovation that helps women live longer, healthier, and more independent lives.I have served on the UC San Diego Health Board of Advisors and currently am on their Science, Technology & Global Initiatives CommitteeThrough our Family Foundation, I support bold solutions in health, education, and gender equity. I’m a proud member of Women Moving Millions, a dynamic, impact-led community, on a mission to catalyze resources to power the movement for gender equality. I also serve on the board of XPRIZE, where I launched the $1M Women’s Safety XPRIZE to inspire tech-driven solutions that protect women in vulnerable situations and am now supporting XPRIZE in their launch of a $50M prize to decode Ovarian Health. I am also a Strategic Advisor for Girl Up, championing global leadership, education, and advocacy opportunities for girls.Over the years, I’ve held Leadership positions at Viome, Intelius, and Infospace, and served on boards including United Way of King County and University Prep Academy. As an Emeritus Council member of Bellevue LifeSpring, I remain actively involved in efforts focused on meeting the needs of children and families in our neighborhoods. One of my greatest joys is my family. I’m a proud mother of three adult children, each of whom is pursuing their own path as purpose-driven entrepreneurs. In my free time, I love the outdoors, yoga and meditation. I’m a lifelong learner who believes personal growth and global impact go hand-in-hand.
