With over two decades of experience in relationship-driven industries on the west coast, Andrew brings a unique perspective back to the midwest as he drives innovation and helps his second-generation and family-owned business create sustainable success in the same community the company was founded over 50 years ago.    In my role at Host Coffee Service, I carry forward a legacy that began in 1972, when my father, driven by the necessity to support our family, embarked on an entrepreneurial journey selling coffee filters door to door. His unwavering dedication not only laid the foundation for what would become a flourishing family business but also instilled in us the values of perseverance, innovation, and community service. Following in his footsteps, my brother significantly expanded our operations in the early propelling Host into a new era of growth. In July 2023, answering the call to further elevate our family\'s legacy, I returned to Omaha, Nebraska, to contribute to the growing needs of Host Coffee Services. With a rich background in corporate roles, spanning over a decade with a focus on sales growth, supply chain management, and consulting within the food services industries, I am passionately driving sales and nurturing a culture that reflects our commitment to excellence, community, and the spirit of innovation.Today, at Host Coffee Service, we stand proud as a team of 60 dedicated individuals, continuously expanding our reach to serve Omaha, Lincoln, and Des Moines with an array of services including coffee, pantry, micro markets, and vending. Our mission transcends beyond providing high-quality products; we aim to be your trusted coffee partners, invigorating every workplace with bold flavors and unforgettable service to create moments of joy, productivity, and connection. My journey back to Omaha is more than a return; it\'s a commitment to impact our local community positively and to perpetuate the culture of excellence that has been the hallmark of our family\'s business.
