With more than 25 years in executive leadership, my journey has taken me across 33 countries—working alongside organizations like the United Nations on refugee resettlement, disaster response, and decolonization efforts. Those experiences have shaped my approach to leadership: strategic, collaborative, and rooted in compassion.As Chief Operations Officer at The Same House, I lead strategic initiatives and oversee our staff and program operations that drive transformative change—locally in Atlanta, across Georgia, and nationwide. I’m passionate about developing strong partnerships, building high-impact teams, and championing community-led solutions. At the heart of it all: I genuinely love people and believe in the power of relationships to move work forward.In addition to my role at The Same House, I serve as Executive Director – Atlanta Westside for First Step Staffing, where I focus on workforce development and economic mobility in historically under-resourced neighborhoods like Vine City and English Avenue.I was recently appointed Chairperson of Events for the Harvard Club of Georgia, and I’m excited to begin contributing to the Club’s legacy of connection, dialogue, and service. I hold a BA in Government, and graduate credentials from both Harvard University and The Wharton School, with a focus on strategic planning, organizational management, executive leadership, and conflict resolution.Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two grown sons and an active board member with Housing Us, a public benefit company focused on housing equity in New York.If you’re working at the intersection of equity, systems change, or community development—I’d love to connect and collaborate.
