About Aman Raj

I started writing code in 2016. Back then I was a fresh engineer at TCS figuring out Blockchain before it was a buzzword. Nine years later I\'m at Microsoft, leading engineering work at the intersection of AI and cloud infrastructure and lucky to be part of team where I still spend ample amount of time in the code.My foundation is backend engineering. Go and Python, distributed systems, APIs that have to work under real load. Over the years that foundation has taken me through IBM, Oracle, and now Microsoft, each stop pushing me into harder problems and bigger architectures.Lately my work has been centered around AI systems — specifically how enterprises actually adopt and operationalize AI, not just experiment with it. That includes building on Azure OpenAI, but it also includes rethinking how software teams themselves work when intelligent systems become part of the stack. I find that problem genuinely interesting.I\'m at a point in my career where I want to move into roles with more technical leadership surface — shaping architecture, influencing product direction, and building teams that ship things that matter.
