I serve as Vice President Analytics at HDB Financial Services, based out of the Mumbai corporate office. I hold an MBA (PGD-ABA) from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. At HDB Financial Services, as part of the Marketing & Product leadership team, I focus on driving growth-led transformation across lending businesses harnessing analytics, strategy, and digital capabilities to deliver measurable, business-wide impact.At HDB, I lead the Analytics function, driving strategy and insights across secured and unsecured lending portfolios. I am spearheading the build-out of a high-performing analytics organization to support a ₹1 trillion AUM franchise spanning Enterprise Lending (~40%), Asset Finance (~37%), and Consumer Finance. In addition, I lead marketing strategy across Consumer Loans, Enterprise Loans, and Asset Finance - working closely with the CBO, MD & CEO to navigate complex transformation mandates and unlock sustainable, consumer-centric growth. My work spans go-to-market strategy, brand and product portfolio optimization, digital commerce, and performance marketing.From a capability standpoint, I am leveraging Machine Learning for propensity modeling and advanced customer segmentation using XGBoost to enhance profiling precision.
