Working at a sister facility called Aasha that is a short-term residential program is designed to provide immediate, around-the-clock care for those experiencing intense emotional or psychiatric distress- Complete medication counts and other documentation on EMR- Provide scheduled or unscheduled medications with support from nursing staff- Perform rounds evry 15/30 minutes to ensure client safety- Manage crises as needed.

ABOUT THEA SHROFF
Hello! I’m Thea Shroff, a USC graduate on the path to medicine. My journey so far has been a mix of research, teaching, and service whether that’s developing molecular biology protocols in the lab, mentoring students in academic programs, or volunteering in hospitals and shelters.My background is rooted in molecular biology research, where I developed strong technical skills in DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and protocol development. While my research experience has been primarily in marine biology, I am now eager to broaden my scope by contributing to medical research projects with a more direct clinical impact.
