Duties Include: Direct supervisor of 6 full-time employees, liaison to the Qatar campus and supporting a student population of over 420 students. Organizing the logistics of the 900 teaching faculty members, spearheading the bi-annual recruitment of 200 preceptors and 200 faculty small groups leaders. Overseeing all 6 courses in the first year and a half of medical school, Step 1 & 2 exam prep courses, 5 post clerkship courses (including 2 online courses) & a 6-month scholarly research course. Co-lead of curricular mapping 10 courses which span 2 years of medical school. Successfully project managing the overhaul of the institutions curricular map which requires coordination among the 13 course directors and 45 faculty unit leads. Collaborating with Curriculum Deans, administrative offices, and course faculty to ensure a smooth delivery of curriculum. Managing the collection and reporting on all onboarding items for over 100 incoming first year students annually. Monitoring, collecting, and generating reports in compliance with accrediting body guidelines and providing student performance reports to course leadership. Assisting with training faculty & staff on OASIS & Canvas systems. Managing the creation & maintenance of Canvas courses, semester schedules, catalog information & course materials. Member of the Student Academic Progress Committee, Administrative Managers Meeting, Curricular Design Committees, Longitudinal Science Curricular Committee, Student Research & Curricular Review Committee.
