Since founding the 100th Monkey in 2012, we have been able to help thousands of individuals and teams to be more effective at what they do, delivering greater business impact.My first love was in designing and delivering training programmes, pioneering an innovative data and science-led approach to learning, and drawing on experience of 20 years in journalism, complemented with principles of performance, neuroscience and psychology. My subsequent joy has been to see the business grow and thrive, and to have the privilege of leading a troop of brilliant minds - trainers, facilitators, coaches and consultants.Our small team is trusted by the biggest names; 120+ clients over the past decade ranging across 21 sectors, including healthcare, criminal justice, Government, defence, energy, FMCG, finance, automotive, logistics, agriculture and the third sector.

After a prolific career as a journalist - one in eight stories for the Daily Telegraph and Evening Standard were front page news - I left the world of media in 2012 and co-founded a company called 100th Monkey. More than a decade on and happily at the helm of a thriving business, I have the privilege of leading a troop of trainers, facilitators, coaches and consultants.
