Although I am a co-owner my day to day function is that of a sales and general manager (ie: professional plate spinner)! I\'ve designed and implemented systems, CRM\'s and other structural improvements, hired salespeople, developed new relationships with vendors, suppliers, and trade professionals. Additionally I have improved the visibility of the company by overseeing the overhaul of our logo, website and entire marketing and advertising approach. Most recently, I\'ve launched a podcast (RemodelCafe) aimed at empowering homeowners with \"behind the scenes\" information from the trades and other tidbits of knowledge to arm them when interacting with contractors. Because of these improvements we are on track to have our best revenue year in the seven years I\'ve been a partner.

With over eight years of experience as the managing partner at Master Remodelers, I lead a team of professionals who deliver exceptional remodeling services to homeowners in Knoxville. As a licensed Tennessee general contractor and a certified age in place specialist, I have the skills and the credentials to handle projects of any size and scope, from kitchen and bath renovations to additions and design services. My passion is to empower homeowners with the knowledge and the confidence to make their dream homes a reality. I have designed and implemented systems, CRM\'s, and programs that have increased our profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have also led a total re-brand of our company logo, website, and marketing strategy, and launched a podcast and a bestselling book to share my insights and tips with the remodeling community.
