Provide day-to-day oversight of data center operations, ensuring quality control, service compliance, and adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and security policies/complex technical instructions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with industry best practices. • Measure, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators across rack management, inventory management, spare parts, and compliance. • Manage critical infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, storage systems, and environmental equipment (electrical, mechanical, HVAC). • Support the entire data center lifecycle: design, build, secure, operate, improve, and maintain; WHILE coordinating builds, expansions, and modifications with internal teams and external partners. • Lead and Manage teams in deploying new infrastructure to support organizational growth through employee performance, coaching, attrition, and engagement in a professional and proactive manner. • Monitor and respond to hardware/software issues using ITSM and DCIM tools, ensuring timely and clear customer communication. • Support field UAT programs for new tools, processes, and client integrations. • Assess training needs by working closely with Operations Managers, engineers, and development teams THEN delivering training in both in-person and virtual environments, following a defined global curriculum. • Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional stakeholders to develop new courses and update existing content. • Support the development of training materials such as lecture manuals, lab guides, assessments, reference documents, and slide decks. • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Certification Exams to validate skills across global teams. • Serve as the main point of contact (MPOC) for all service-related escalations, inquiries, and operational discussions.
