I have also personally developed a few Virtual Agents to help the organization automate frequently asked questions, repetitive tasks, and simple manual automations. • The teams focus area this year is primarily around the use of Microsoft’s Power Platform: Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop, to automate tasks involved with marketing operations.
