I appreciate you taking the time to learn about me. I\'m currently searching for an IT position in software development or IT support, where I can apply my skills and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. I have a computer programming diploma from Seneca College and developed a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and software development principles. I\'m interested in Java and have taken courses to expand my knowledge and skills in core Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework. I\'m excited to continue learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry innovations. While I\'m open to exploring software development roles, I\'m particularly drawn to back-end development and also IT support roles like Help Desk Analyst or Support Analyst. My passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving in the rapidly evolving technical world of gadgets and new innovations led me to pursue an internship as a Junior Service Desk Analyst. This proved to be an incredibly valuable and rewarding experience. During my studies, I had the opportunity to work on various projects, which allowed me to apply my skills in a real-world setting. These projects have helped me to understand the software development life cycle and problem-solving skills. As a Store Shift Supervisor at Subway, I have experience in managing a team, inventory control, and customer service. I\'m excited to bring my technical skills and experience to a Junior developer role where I can continue to grow and make meaningful contributions to a company. During my Junior Service Desk Analyst internship at Liberty Utilities Canada Corp, I successfully resolved local and remote end-user help requests per day. I also provided timely and effective application support enabling them to maximize their productivity and efficiency. I conducted regular security audits and maintenance cycles of installed equipment and sites, identifying and mitigating potential security risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
