WE WORK WITH COMPANIES WHO ARE COMMITTED TO AND LEADING THE CHARGE WITHIN EV Our Approach & beliefs to Recruitment - We believe that personality is one of the most important parts of deciding who is and isnt right. 🤯 - We disqualify more than we qualify- Our qualifying process is very thorough- We do not send people unless we\'re convinced they will get an interview -EML RECRUITMENT TRAINING- WE DEVELOP INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RECRUITERS INTO SELF SUFFICIENT AND CONSISTENT BILLERS. Our Approach & Beliefs to Recruitment Training-We believe that \"Intense training days\" are not effective and whilst it gets the learners excited about doing something they are unable to implement the theory effectively-We believe that Reinforced learning is the key and all of our plans are built around this ideology. Each session and/or workshop are focused on one specific topic (or sub topic) and there will be multiple follow ups on it over a period of time. Our plans and sessions are objective oriented which means we can be very agile in our delivery and most importantly we can change/amend sessions to suit the specific needs of the learner. For example, there is no point in teaching how to deliver an offer unless it\'s close by, so if we have this scheduled, we may change it to something the learner is doing right now i.e. interview prep. We believe that learning from multiple sources is essential which is why we have built 2 platforms which have our pre-courses, written sessions, tech rooms and call examples.

A little about me: I\'m addicted to the following: Helping people find their next career in the EV space, improving my methodologies, improving myself, americano coffees, boxing, my wife, my toddler, my cockapoo, my grumpy cat and most importantly family time. I love to challenge myself and this is why I push the boundaries. I have learned to be more present and enjoy the journey however I still have the habit of not being satisfied and always looking for improvements. This is why one of my core values is and will always be to \'Improve and Never Settle\'.
